  Thieves and liars with horrible attitude Update: the manager of the store called me (which is ironic because for the most part he refrained from speaking to me "wait for my secretary" was his constant refrain) to have this review revised. He admitted to giving me "bad attitude", but contested my claim that they're liars and thieves. From the start I was treated with impatience and demean. I was also given misleading information about the service. One example was being told that my plates would be ready on the spot, when in reality they weren't ready until the next day, which caused my schedule much aggrivation. Their rates for the services I purchased were $75 for registration (arguably reasonable), and $85 for purchasing insurance (this is in addition to the regular commission they recieve from the insurance company. I have never heard of a broker charging such a fee, but he claims "everyone" does) It was however what came next that prompted me to write this review: when I came in the next day to pick up my plates and registration, the wrong address was printed on the registration sticker. When I asked them about it I was shrugged off. It will be $68 to change it they said. This was despite having given them the correct info. I was told by an insurance broker that it will affect my premiums if I don't get it changed, but they kept insisting that they filled out the forms properly, and the error was the fault of the dmv, and it would cost them to have it changed. Not knowing what to do, I called the dmv the next day to ask them to rectify the mistake. It was then they informed me that changing registration address is FREE plus $3 if I want a new sticker. THREE DOLLARS!! It would have costed them 3 dollars to rectify a wrong address for which they were responsible and charge me SIXTY EIGHT DOLLARS!!! I have no words left... nothing more needs to be said.
