  Came at 4:00 it was fairly empty and it was so many workers standing around and I still waited almost a hour to be called. They need to do better !!!!!!!! People have things to do. When I asked how much longer for the wait they told me someone will call you and I still was waiting. Then when I actually got help the gentleman Hansfred Jean was very rude. Was talking to another co worker while with me telling him how I wasn’t cool. That right there was the breaking point for me. NEVER again with this TD

  The customer service in this place is rediculus. No one knows how to help you properly with or without a serious issue. I have banked with td for 4 years and it has been horrible. I've gotten money stolen from me from the bank itself. The manager always has an attitude and isn't approachable. The waits are forever. So rude.

  Very disappointed by the customer service of this branch today. I went there in my lunch break to get approval in order to set up my treasury direct account. I asked the guy standing on the walk-in to help me by showing the document. But this guy didn't even look at my document and asked me the instructions inside of this document. I told him I need approval of a certified staff and I have a checking account with TD bank. He kept saying he has no idea, without even taking a glance of my document. Then I made the check deposit in this branch and left. I went to another branch in Atlantic Ave. When I was there, I showed my document. The lady verified my account and approved and signed my document.
