  2 tellers and a line going all the way to the door. No manager on sight and complete disregard of the customer's time. Numerous people asked for a manager and were completely ignored. Had to wait half an hour in line to get a bank statement, which could have been printed by personal banker, who rudely responded that I will have to wait even longer for his attention. Never again

  Don’t walk in needing to talk with someone you will be waiting at least 30 minutes. There is no longer anyone to sign you in and no one to man parking lot. If you can believe this bank has actually gotten worse not better
