- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ok, so I wrote a review 3 years ago a year after we moved in and was very happy about everything. It's only gotten better. I feel I should share something I've never, ever seen done in any customer service area and certainly not in NYC rentals: Chad from the office just caught a mistake in our lease paperwork resulting in 9 months of overpayment. I had no clue but Chad caught it and proactively gave us a refund then sent a note to let us know. Seriously, who does that? I'm pretty blown away. AT&T, Verizon - YOU LISTENING?
