  Very disappointed in this Avalon. Part of my decision to move to Avalon was based on the fact that all Avalon's have a 24hr concierge. This location does not and did not mention this prior to my move in. It feels like they are going to wait until something extreme happens for them to stop being cheap and fix this problem. I get home very late from work and there are always people in the drive way loop and in lobby. I do not feel safe at all. If I could get out my lease now without having to pay a fee I would. You cant sell people on a Luxury way of life and then half ass them. This is very dangerous. This property sucks in more ways than one and management obviously could care less. How could anyone be happy feeling unsafe. The Sky box which was supposed to be a lounge is exactly a sky box and that's it. Its so small you can only have 20 people up there. They made it in the size of exactly one apartment. This property was a total let down. Yes the property is pretty and yes having amenities is a plus. But without better management and security this property will never have high renewal rates.
