  The two stars are diluted from my overall experience since the staff was friendly and welcoming but beware...the dentist does not know what he is doing. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and was in a rush since the pain and discomfort suddenly became terrible. I made an appointment here because I live near by. Now the actual procedure went OK, not great as I felt like I wasn't highly aware of what was happening but fine. The bad part was my check-up after two weeks. I could tell that one side of my mouth was STILL swollen and not healing while the other side felt perfectly fine, I was also in a lot of discomfort. I told him this and he asked whether I had followed instructions and I said yes, I was about to finish the antibiotics prescribed to me. He kept insisting that it'll heal and sent me on my way. The next day I flew to Europe to attend my brothers graduation party and went to my family dentist, she had to perform emergency surgery on me as all the tissue under my tongue was soft and she said that it's particularly dangerous because of how close to the brain the infection was. I was put on double antibiotics, couldn't drink and ended up wasting most of my holiday taking antibiotics and getting rest. I wish I had brought this to 1st Impression Dentals attention sooner. I ended up spending a ton of money but most importantly my health could have been at serious risk had I not gone to another dentist. I'm sure regular cleanings and basic procedures are fine here but think twice before getting anything surgical done.
